Privacy Policy

This is a translation for the convenience of international visitors; in case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines how the personal data of users of the getdatacraft.dev website (the “Website”) is processed and protected.

1.2. The controller and processor of personal data is Individual Entrepreneur Andrii Volodymyrovych Lopachuk (brand “DataCraft”, hereinafter “we”, the “Operator”).

1.3. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1.4. By using the Website and submitting a request, you consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms of this Policy.

2. Data we collect

2.1. Data you provide voluntarily through the request form: name, phone number, email address, the selected service and the text of your message.

2.2. Data collected automatically when you visit the Website: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of the request, and technical service data. This data is needed for the correct display and security of the Website.

2.3. Browser local storage (localStorage) is used solely to remember your chosen interface language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Legal grounds for processing

We process data on the following grounds: your consent; the necessity of performing a contract (providing services) or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; our legitimate interest (contacting you, maintaining and improving the service); and compliance with legal requirements.

4. Purpose of processing

contacting you regarding your submitted request;
providing, discussing and performing the services;
keeping records and complying with legal requirements;
improving the quality and security of the Website and the service.

5. Sharing data with third parties

5.1. To operate the Website and process requests we engage reliable service providers, in particular: request delivery — the Telegram messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC); email — Forward Email; Website hosting — Vercel Inc. Such providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

5.2. As some providers are located outside Ukraine, processing may involve cross-border transfer of data to countries that ensure an adequate level of protection.

5.3. We do not sell your personal data. Sharing with third parties is possible only in the cases provided for by this Policy or by law (in particular, at the request of authorised state authorities).

6. Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, perform the contract and comply with legal requirements, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Data protection

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction (in particular, a secure HTTPS connection and restricted access to data).

8. Your rights

Under the applicable law you have the right to: know about the collection and processing of your data; access it; request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing; withdraw consent; object to processing; data portability; and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. To exercise your rights, please contact us (Section 11).

9. Cookies and technologies

The Website uses only strictly necessary local storage (interface language). Advertising or analytics trackers that identify you are not used. If such technologies are introduced in the future, we will update this Policy and, where necessary, request your consent.

10. Protection of minors’ data

The Website is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect the data of minors without the consent of their legal representatives.

11. Changes to the Policy and contacts

11.1. We may update this Policy; the current version is always available at getdatacraft.dev/privacy.
